COVID-19 Updates

We will keep you updated here in these difficult times

In these special times, there has been a general consensus that home dialysis should be used by 78% of kidney failure patients, who are able to do so. (1) Especially since kidney failure patients are part of the high-risk group and should be practicing social distancing as much as possible. The PD treatment allows the patients to perform dialysis in the safety of their homes and, therefore, should reduce the risk of infection from hospital visits.
